MD Esthetics, formerly Opulent Aesthetics and Wellness, is dedicated to helping our clients preserve and enhance their natural beauty while reversing signs of aging and restoring a youthful look to the skin and body. We offer a variety of non-invasive cosmetic and anti-aging treatments with minimal downtime, to help you feel refreshed and more confident.
We are a bilingual Spanish/English-run business that consists of a multidisciplinary team, offering different areas of expertise in healthcare. Our team is made up of a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, and Massage Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant.

Is an Occupational Therapist and Practice Manager with 22 years in acute healthcare settings and extensive experience developing and implementing women’s health programs. She is also knowledgeable and certified in the use of energy-based machines which are used heavily throughout the practice.
Tiffany Rhodes
MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Hello I’m Tiffany Rhodes, MSN, APRN, FNP-C,l have twenty years of experience in the medical field . Prior to graduating with my Masters in 2014, I worked as a registered nurse in acute care and emergency medicine . After graduating I have continued to work in inpatient acute care , geriatrics, aesthetics , and family practice . I received certification in neurotoxins and fillers in 2018 and has been implementing this into my practice since then.
I like to take a holistic approach in addressing my patients health and wellness . I’m excited to bring medical weight loss to the practice . I love Centering treatment around my patients weight loss goal and implementing our collaborative plan for success .
I continue working on the inpatient side to keep up with standard of care practice and I am constantly educating on neurotoxins and fillers and advancing my skills and practice within the aesthetic field .
Serving as an adjunct staff with Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Heath Sciences, continuing education is a pillar to my career and I am excited to bring the most updated aesthetic and weight loss practices to our clientele .

Dymond is a licensed Aesthetician with a passion for skin care and has always wanted to work in medical aesthetics. Her own struggle with skin issues inspired her to want to help others realize their beauty goals.
With experience in skin care, chemical peels, hydrafacials, lash and brow tinting, body waxing, and more, she always works hard to ensure her clients leave feeling beautiful and cared for.

Katelyn Burke, FNP-BC
Medical Director
Prior to starting her career as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical unit and Intensive Care Unit for over 5 years. After obtaining her Master’s degree in 2017 as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), she started her career working in Internal Medicine for private practice. In 2018 she opened up her own medical spa: Forever Young Solutions. After a year of rapid growth and a loyal clientele, she expanded to Windham, NH & in 2022, to North Andover, MA.
